Shipping Policy

We offer free 24-hour shipping to all places in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. 

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated time and date for delivery. In that case, you might be able to claim a full refund. For further information, please review our Return Policy.

Return Policy

Products have been meticulously inspected before delivery to ensure excellent quality. In the very rare case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@vincentgahl.com to arrange an exchange. Returns must be reported and proven with a photo taken immediately after unpacking (on day of delivery). 

A full refund will only be issued if the 24-hour delivery guarantee was not fulfilled and you were required to depart Playa del Carmen before the newly revised time and date of delivery.
